Review requests for local businesses

Five stars.
On repeat.

When a job wraps up, we text your customer and ask how it went. Happy customers get one tap to your Google review form. Anyone who had a rough day reaches you first, so you can make it right while it still matters.

01 — How it works

The job closes.
The ask goes out.

01

The job wraps up

Your job software or Stripe tells us when an invoice is paid or a job is marked done. No software? Tap Send, or upload a list.

02

We ask, politely

A couple of hours later your customer gets a short text or email from your business. Never after 8pm, and never twice in 90 days.

03

They tap a star

A clean page with your logo and colors. Ten seconds, no app, no account, no password.

04

You hear first

A rating under five sends you a text and an email right away with who it was and what they said, so you can call while it's fresh.

02 — Two paths

Every customer
gets a way to Google.

5 stars

One tap to post it

They see a thank you and a big button for your Google review form, then Facebook and any other sites you choose.

  1. Write it once on our page
  2. Each button copies their words
  3. The site opens, they paste, done

No platform lets anyone post a review for a customer, so this is as close to "write once, post everywhere" as it gets.

4 stars or less

Make it right first

"We don't stop until it's five stars." They tell you what fell short, and you get the alert in seconds.

  1. Their note goes straight to you
  2. You call, fix it, and close it out
  3. A fixed problem often turns into a loyal customer

The public review link stays on this page too, in plain text. We never block anyone from posting.

Why both paths keep the link: Google's review policy prohibits asking only happy customers, and the FTC's review rule backs that up. Businesses that hide the door to unhappy customers risk having reviews removed or their listing suspended. THNK Reviews is built to collect more reviews without putting your listing on the line.

03 — The rules we run by

Real reviews.
From real customers.

Everyone gets asked

No cherry-picking. Every customer you send gets the same request and the same way to a public review.

No fake reviews

We never write, buy or post reviews. Only your customers do, under their own names.

No rewards for reviews

No discounts or gifts for a review. That's against Google's rules and it cheapens every review you have.

Quiet hours

Texts only go out between 9am and 8pm in your timezone. One reminder at most, and never twice in 90 days.

Easy to opt out

Reply STOP to any text or tap the link in any email and it's over, for good.

Your customers stay yours

We only contact people you send us, only about your business, and we never sell or share the list.

07 — Questions

Straight
answers.

Does this keep bad reviews off Google?

No, and nothing honest can. Every customer sees a way to post publicly. What it does is put you first in line when someone is unhappy, so you can fix the problem before they decide what to write. That, plus asking every happy customer, is what moves a rating.

Can one review post to every site at once?

No platform allows that. Each site requires the customer to post it themselves. We get as close as possible: they write it once on our page, each button copies their words and opens that site, and they paste.

Do you need my Google password?

No. To send customers to your review form we only need your Google Place ID, which is public. We'll help you find it during setup.

What does my customer see?

A text or email from your business name, and a page with your logo and color. THNK only appears in small print at the bottom.

What do texts cost me?

Nothing extra. Texting is included on Growth and Pro, up to your plan's monthly requests. Starter sends by email.

Why no Yelp button?

Yelp's rules forbid businesses from asking for reviews at all, so we leave it off to protect your Yelp page.

Ask every customer.
